Teaching new players is an opportunity. In order to teach new players about the ghetto & events not described on YouTube or in the GrandRP discord rules, we created this guide.
Experience. Due to my experience as a deputy in previous terms, I think I have enough knowledge and experience to lead a gang from my point of view.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A. COMMUNICATION -
There is a lot of communication in this server/game, and if you don't communicate with your teammates via VC/Chat, you'll have a mess. When you don't talk to someone, they won't be motivated to do anything.
B. Issuing BONUSES -
As a gang member, I will not earn much money, but if I get the chance to lead Marabunta, I will give generous bonuses to my members to motivate them to stay with me. The event team gang members are usually not rewarded for their efforts, aside from turfers. I do not see any problem with issuing some bonuses for a successful BS / FZ / SR, so long as there is a gang balance available.
C. Having a GHETTO TEACHER -
I plan to hire a "Ghetto teacher" in the gang who will be responsible to provide training for new players who are willing to act as gang members. This teacher will share knowledge about events like BS/FZ/SR/Clandestine/etc., and teach important ghetto & green zone rules. This will get rid of all the silly mistakes that can generate warnings/verbals.
