Vladimir moved to USA with his parents when he was 3 years old. They lived in Vice City around early 2000s. Vladimir had good connection with immigrants like himself. He had friends from Cuba, Colombia, Mexico etc. His parents passed while he was in his senior year in High School, so he had to leave school and start working to make a living. After getting in trouble with the law at Vice City, he decided to move across the country to Los Santos.
Vladimir joined forces with the LSPD after he moved to Los Santos. He met with Vincent's and started to work for Patrol Officer 1. His hard work paid off and he raised amongst the ranks. Because of his high work rate and discipline LSPD sent him to Academy while he was also working as an Lituenant.
After the LSPD leader change, Vladimir used his connections to raise amongst the ranks again and got the title of “Internal Affairs” under Lily’s leadership. Even though Lily ’s term didn’t last, Vladimir did. He became a known name amongst the LSPD workers.
After Vincent’s term something broke inside Vladimir. Seeing all his hard work gone to waste, Vladimir decided to take a leap of faith and step to the other side of the law for his personal gain.
OUTCOMES:
1. Vladimir is able to take and use LSPD weapons off duty but never stores them in his Warehouse and/or vehicles.
2. Vladimir knows the importance of proof because of his time in goverment so he always has a hidden camera recording.
3. Vladimir is able to take items from criminals for himself instead of confiscating them.
4. Vladimir is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive LSPD/USSS training.
5. Vladimir is able to take bribes up to 100.000$
6. Vladimir is able to search suspects for bodycam and smash them to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Vladimir has radio on him 24/7 to listen to LSPD while not on duty. (to gather information)
8. Vladimir has access to black market for guns etc.
9. Vladimir can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (on duty because he is HC, off duty because he is corrupt)
10. Vladimir is always connected to the LSPD cloud via his PDA.
11. Vladimir can kill people on duty if they don't comply with his demands
12. Vladimir can go ghetto off duty and kill and rob people.
13. Vladimir can drive off road in order to get to places quicker with SUV’s only.
