I posted a POV of some car rammers that were repeatedly running me and a stranger over, after about 45 seconds of this I finally pulled out a gun and shot back - I did not even hit, nor kill a single person yet I am now being punished for DM in the city? I believe the Term Deathmatch states that it's killing someone without a proper roleplay reason - I believe being ran over again and again would justify as Roleplay Reason. If you had a gun In Real Life, and your own life was at stake by someone trying to run you over with a car.

Further to this, the term deathmatching should be applied if I had KILLED someone, which I have not, I was subject to rulebreakers and I defended myself in the most immediate action possible. I appreciate ya'll are busy and can't reply to Reports AS AND WHEN they happen, hence why I posted the clip, but I don't believe I should be punished for Deathmatching seeing as I haven't actually hit or killed anyone.

Seeing as I've served over half my prison sentence; I'd request just for the Warning to be removed. I'm an upstanding player and I wish to return to Orgs when they are reinstated, I do not believe that because I was victim to Car Ramming that I should be punished. As stated above, I did not actually commit Deathmatching

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
The RP was engaged, there was a road rage incident first which resulted in yelling, heated exchanges before escalating. I did not issue them a demand as such, however there WAS a RP situation happening in which after about 30 seconds I finally opened fire

Deathmatching (DM) - Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason (deathmatching) is not allowed.
I was being run over, numerous times with no support - I think this should justify a sufficient reason to try and kill someone, further to this I did NOT actually kill nor hit any other player, so why I was jailed for DM is incorrect.

I'm overall happy with the final decision made on the original thread, but I simply request my warning be removed so that I may go back to my faction in peace - I'm a respectful player!

Administrator made right decision. You could not shoot him.
