- I have been in every gang and every state org and I have a lot of experience of this game since I already play for about a year and 5 months. I am very familiar with the rules too.
- Other people can learn new things in my gang like turfs and store robberies.
- I am a very experienced person in this game and I can also teach people in my Gang new things for example if spends doesn’t know something I can easily show him what is right to do.
- I think that I could make a very good gang and that I would have a very active gang that doesn’t break rules.
- One advice I have to improve the role play in my gang is asking people a couple of ghetto and general rules to make sure they won’t break rules if they join my gang
- Another thing could be that people who are not high commands should still be listened to.
- The gang should work as a team in events like store robberies and more and there should not be any fight.
- New people join the server every day and they mostly also want to be part of an organization so if I have the gang leadership I would help as many people as I can to get acknowledge of how everything works and that they learn the rules.
