that spot is accessible from inside the zone. where you entered, if you go right down the hill before the wall and follow the path under the bridge, on the back side at the very edge of zone, you can jump onto the bridge. if you really need my pov I can upload it for you but it's well known that the highway can be accessed within the informal zone.if you even watch fearlesses pov directly above this, you can see the path of the bridge. Follow that down to the bottom and you'll see you can jump up the side from inside the zone.
