Hi,
with this complain I would like to ask you to take note of what is happening in the IT Server. In these days more and more players are complaining about the current state of the staff and expressing any kind of complaint, whether constructive or not, are changed or removed from the discord server through bans motivated by "discrediting admin" or "offending the admin" or even " dissemination of false information ". I'm not talking about all the administrators, but in particular Campo Fishback which returned to the staff only 2 weeks ago after leaving. This same admin in his previous career has led the server to a decline of more than 50 people (almost 50% of the current players) and the situation is repeating itself since it limits any freedom of thought, obviously negative, on the administrators and towards the their work, implementing what is reminiscent of the fascist modus operandi, removing anyone who says something negative and making the related messages disappear. An example is: one player simply said "not that the administration of now is better. The administrators of the past sinned of technical knowledge but they certainly had more desire and were more available". this player has been mutated. Some players have done admin complain about this situation to Elon but they are all rejected either without explanation or saying that discord is no place for complaints. I would just like to mention that Grand RP is a community-based game and on a server that has lost almost 300 players in an avvo or more than 70% compared to the beginning, the players should be listened to and not blocked. con questo complain vorrei chiederti di prendere atto di ciò che sta succedendo nel Server IT. Inquesti giorni sempre più giocatori si stanno lamentando dello stato attuale dello staff ed esprimendo ogni tipo di lamentela, che sia costruttiva o non, vengono mutati o allontanati dal server discord tramite ban motivati da "screditamento admin" oppure "offese agli admin" o anche "diffusione di informazioni false". Io non parlo di tutti gli amministratori, ma in particolare di Campo Fishback il quale è ritornato nello staff solo 2 settimane fa dopo essersene andato. Questo stesso admin nella sua precedente carriera ha portato il server ad un calo di più di 50 persone (quasi il 50% dei player attuali) e la situazione si sta ripetendo dato che limita qualsiasi libertà di pensiero, ovviamente negativa, sugli amministratori e verso il loro operato, attuando quello che ricorda il modus operandi fascista, allontanando chiunque dica qualcosa di negativo e facendo sparire i relativi messaggi. Un esempio è: un player ha semplicemente detto "non che l'amministrazione di ora sia migliore. gli amministratori di un tempo peccavano di conoscenze tecniche ma sicuramente avevano più voglia ed erano più disponibili". questo giocatore è stato mutato. Alcuni giocatori hanno fatto admin complain in merito a questa situazione ad Elon ma vengono tutti rifiutati o senza spiegazione oppure dicendo che discord non è posto per le lamentele. Vorrei solo ricordare che Grand RP è un gioco basato sulla community e in un server che in un anno ha perso quasi 300 player ovvero più del 70% rispetto all'inizio, i player andrebbero ascoltati e non bloccati.
