so basically, I couldn't record a POV because I have a very bad computer, you can see the quality I have it set to in the screenshot. I turned off a lot of functions on my Pc to have better fps including the app that makes clips.
And the decision of the administrator was incorrect because I do not use any cheats and also don't have them, it occurred when I was going over 120 mph, and when I'm at that speed my textures start to bug out like bad. On my screen their characters weren't even loaded in Also, how can an administrator say I have cheats when no one has even checked the PC?
