2. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I would like to be leader of Vagos because I have been in the city for several months now and have seen good and bad leadership. Becoming leader would allow me to make sure we have a full and positive term. Making sure we can be the best gang out there, and coming to every situation in ghetto we can. Working with everyone to make sure to be as active as possible and to have the other gangs fear the Vagos.
2. If I were able become Vagos leader I would make sure we do all events and we do them in the best way possible to guarantee we can win, I will put forth a lot of time to make sure Vagos if on top. Having the best turfers I can to get us 100% on turfs and working together to have a good and strong bond with my gang. After all that is what gangs are all about, having fun and making friends, I feel many leaders in recent terms have been to strict and/or harsh to their members. I would go on to help teach those that make mistakes, and help them learn and to make sure they don’t make mistakes again.
3. Finally I’ll get the best set of HC to make sure that we are actively attending events even when I, and my deputies are not in the city, I would like to give bonuses to those who are active in events and constantly involved in the gang. I’ll make sure that we win many Calndestine events to make sure our warehouse is always full, as well as doing FZ raids often, doing store robberies everyday to make sure we have money to bonus active participants. I would like to have an active spray team do make sure we can have the most profit possible.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
1. I will make sure everyone knows the rules before being invited and if you do well you can receive rankuos right away.
2. Making sure all my HC know what to do in case of an issues with rulebreaks involving other gangs.
3. I will make sure all my members know what to do in any situation that could help prevent them from trouble with LEOs or Gods.
4. I will make sure all my members receive bonuses for coming to events and big contributions
5. I will strive to get as many turfs as possible and show we are the strongest gang
6. Having many families come together to make the best possible RP situations that we can.
