• During my time playing GrandRP I have learned how to manage and lead a organization correctly.

• I want to become a Leader because I am strict and take very strict actions on people who break or dont follow rules. Setting up a strike system will help me follow these expectations!

• I want to be a leader to start a reputation in EN03 as being leader of a gang then state org and maybe admin one-day.

• I am very respectful to friends, collegues and enemys so no one should feel down or any sort of disrespect.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I will make sure everyone I recruit knows the most common rules IC and OOC this will help less rule breaks within my gang.

- Since EN03 is just coming out I will make sure sprays, ghetto and gang events are active alll throughout my term.

- I will make many gangs and families very affraid of Marabunta by recruiting clappers and become a mafia zerg.
