2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
1) With past experience (Former Head of MD) (HR Assist) (Dean of AS) (Dean of MD) (Human recources) And much more FTO Experience (For Training Only)
I think this position would fit smoothly as i have much HC Experience with EMS HC (2-3 Months) And much experience within MD (Medical Department) And AS (Ambulance services) I wish to make the curator's job easy as i will implement no failures within EMS as a Leader and will hire experience HC (Current EMS EN1 HC's)
I wish to thrive on EN3 as a State Leader and create a discord server (If Needed if curators wont.)
2) FTO Department
I wish to Hire as Many FTO's Within EMS thus we can get more employee's trained and make them able to keep Los Santos awake. (Work)
The FTO department needs more Employees trained. I will try my best to make sure we have a minimum of 20-40 employee's a week (Maybe More)
The FTO Department ranks will be different to EN1 As i will change Assistent Medical Professor to (Professor in Training OOC on the Discord but remain as medical assistant IC'ly)
FTO''s will make more per training (13k - 15k Per training) thus on EN1 It is 12.5k I wish to implement this as we will hire more FTO's And get happier FTO employee's within FTO department of EMS.
One more rank will be implemented within the Department (Head Of Employment, This rank will employee accepted applicants to EMS Medical student) (Head of training, Will be the head of training( Not Medical Students)
3) Corrupting ( Employee's)
2)MD Department (Medical Department) Work in lobbys and patch up, sell first aid kits and sell pills.
3)HRT Department Recruit employee's and ensure their activity, (Strikes for inactivity will be given by HRT and IA (Internal Affairs)
4)Lab Tech Department Will deliver Medical supply's to EMS Pillbox Hospital and ensure that the amount is stable
Other Departments work:
HAT: (HC's ONLY) go to hostage situations and give adrenaline at aircraft and other LEO situation's
ARD: Air rescue department ( Go to calls above 3000 metres or more)
IA: (Internal Affairs) Ensure that employees are well behaved and are doing minimum activity requirement ( Also Giving IC ranks to newly promoted employee's)
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Making more promotion ceremony's occur weekly thus will make so we do not have random promotions within the Employee team. (Announce HC Promotions)
Ensure that the HC Team are realistic and aren't mixing or breaking any rule's (Anti Afk) And much more.
Ensure that we do not get organization strikes and make the HC team disband..
Giving more bonuses and more frequently giving
Goals For Organization
1) Make sure ARD are more active
2) More FTO's Thus gaining 20-40 trainings a week
3) Finishing the entire term without any Verbal or Leadership strikes

I will ensure no employee's are stealing from warehouse (HC's Mainly) Thus will be reported and most likely given a vacation.
Rule breakers will be reported on the GOV Website and blacklisted from EMS on the severity.

EMS will do frequent department check's on all HC's and all Employee's with Help from GOV, SAHP, FIB, and NG.
We will also inform FIB to track wanted criminals within EMS (Corrupt Employee's)
