2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? ​

I served a lot in NG for 5 terms in EN2 in that I worked as HC now as EN3 is coming I think I have sufficient knowledge to become a Leader I know that NG is the Heart of all organizations I will Recruit the people as per the knowledge I have I will take them who having well discipline and who will worked hard for city and as per the city rules I know which type of machines and global situations they will have I am always ready to face that type situations at any time.​

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1. I Recruit the people who will strictly follow the city rules to Improve RP.
2. I will maintain friendly relationship with other Leos to maintain situations like Ammo run and global situation.
3. I Recruit FTOs who will work hard for city to train the people to face any kind of situation.
4. I will conduct meetings for soldiers to correct them regarding to improve their roleplay
