2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I aspire to be the leader of Bloods because on all my most of my time in Grand RolePlay I have been in every single gang. In all these gangs I have been HC and deputy's of these gangs but now is the time I feel like I need to step up and become leader of the best gang to be in, in my opinion. Furthermore, In all of my time in each of these gangs has given me the ability to take control of the gang as a whole be able to see what is to come in the future.
2) My second reason is that I would make the gang the best organization in the city by carrying out graffiti sprays and patrolling ghetto this would evidentially make the gang lively and not a organization that would just sit back and relax but active 24/7 but this can only be implemented if I do be chosen as the leader of Bloods.
3) Lastly, I would be a good asset to the gang as a whole because I have outstanding Leadership skills and I am perseverant in all my lines of work whatever it will be and will put the gang members in line and to set a standard for all the other gang members and the other gangs. This gang is only for people that are worthy and can follow the rules and once I can see that they are progressing I can most certainly use the rank system and rank them up for their good understanding on how to become a gangster.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My Advice to improve RolePlay is that once people try to join my gang I will have a set of rules that my HC's need to go over in order for the person trying to become a gangster can get recruited. This will also make the gang members more aware of their surroundings and their next move so they don't miss out on any fun while trying their utmost best on to not break any rules. I will also Post the rules in the Bloods GRP discord and @ the gang members so they are aware that if they break any of the rules it will be a demotion, kick or blacklist depending on how severe the rule break was. I will also advise before hand on how we ghetto clap rob ATM's and rob stores and carry out the Fort Zancudo Raid which will evidently increase the morality inside them and improve RolePlay as a whole.
My Desires:
I would like to achieve 100% gang turfs with my selected turf team.
I would like to make my gang the best and most feared rivals in the city..
I would like to make mark on my leadership term on how we used to carry out ourselves as a gang.
