2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to be the leader of Ballas because of the amazing reputation that it has and also because it is going to be a fresh server I will try to get ballas off the ground running and as great as possible as I can. And to be able to maintain the reputation and notoriety of the Ballas.
2) On EN1 I have already led a gang and I did give up with a new server comes a fresh start where I can prove myself. I have a lot of experience within Gangs gaining High Command and leader of Marabunta. And I wish to bring my skill and mindset to this and make Ballas as great as I can. I can do this by enforcing the rules and also being a good leader. I also proved I can be a leader when I Held the leader of Marabunta granted it didn't last very long I pulled up to every event with the correct amount of numbers. But with Ballas being a more popular gang I believe I can carry out the leadership to a high Standard.
3) Lastly I will make sure I bring in the correct high command to help me as much as they can to maintain numbers and events being attended. Such as bringing in a turf leader so I can focus on other events such as Islands and FZ Raids. I would also implement an actual promotion scheme so people don't just join and get a higher rank than a person that has already been in the gang for a while.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Have a good recruitment team to ensure we have numbers during all times of the day. By inviting people from different time zones for certain events.
2) Ensure that my gang knows and can also up hold rules.
3) Attend every event.
4) Be a fierce force in the ghetto
5) Get 100% sprays and also Turf if i can get the right team to help me.
6) And my biggest goal is just to make ballas a fierce and also a respected gang within the community
