- I would like to be the leader of Bloods Street Gang as I feel I will be able to be a great leader and with believing in myself i can motivate the others within the organization to build themselves up!
- I would like to be the leader of Bloods Street Gang as being leader is about building a gang from Start to Finish and making it run better, sure there is toxicity within gangs but if you have the right people in the correct places and doing the right things as high commands.
- Even with it being a new city and knowing that there are gonna be some challenges if I were selected but it would be really great to show what me as a person can bring to the table not only being a leader but being a leader means not that you just show that you lead by example but you also willing to do what it takes to be a great leader, and i feel that i can make that come true. Also my skills and abilities which I work with on a day to day basis makes it easier to understand and acknowledge how a leader should show themselves to others around them by setting an example.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Firstly during a HOSTAGE situation we can make a legal officer stand on their knees as a new way of free passage. Making the RP more realistic as that way legals will have to wait to get the hostage, so it comes out with no injuries.
Secondly when robbing someone we can make it so we are chilled and make people not want to break the city rules and we will do it for the fun!
Thirdly improving the rp also counters a lot of difficulties but making the ranks for people who earned it and not because you know them will make the respect a lot more in the gangs!
