Hi,
I went to race, got killed in race, and getting robbed. I get jailed for not complying.. for fearRP, but I did comply, and I did fear.
My headset is old and bad, and sometimes it scatter when people talk loud or loud sounds and it makes it hard to hear and then my mic sometimes stop working, which it had today. - I asked them to type.
Admin Houssam told me I need a mic. - its shown in POV @9:12. - I dont see any rule that state you NEED a mic and if not, its FearRP. And I didnt engange in RP situation, coz I was doing race and got killed doing it.
POV shows I comply, both to players and admins, as they tell me to talk in radio.. which I cant coz mic doesnt work. I try solve it by telling i will write in fam chat if they tell me what to write and I can prove it by picture, but never get the chance.
But I will try fix my headset, but dont feel its a fair jail.
