2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I've always wanted to serve as a LEO ever since I joined GTA V, and my dream came to existence when i started playing grand rp, I played for more than 6 months, role played as a LEO and got quite a good experience, and now I think I can be a good fit for the leader of a organization as I've had a good time in legal orgs.
Some more reasons.
1. Let us talk about OOC, in IRL I've previously served as the director of two organization, i was one of the co-founders so due to that, I got a experience of managing my team members as well as leadership skills and lead the organization with a healthy environment and without any sort of toxicity within the org.
2. Let us talk about my experience as a RP player.
I've been doing rp for 9 months, have played various rp servers, got tons of situation to tackle and this made me a quick thinker and decision maker. Even in tensed situations, I can make proper decision abided by the laws of the city. One more advantage I got by trying multiple rp servers is that due to this, ive like learned all the rules which is a plus point for a leader as if he knows everything, he can easily guide newcomers and help them have a enjoyable roleplay experience.
3. My experience as a LEO ;
No doubt I don't have a prior experience in SAHP, but I've been a hc in LSPD, FIB and NG. I guess it should be enough coz as a law enforcement officer we are all working with the same motive to decrease the number of crime and criminals in the city and protect the citizens of los santos from any threat.
My ranks in the state orgs were:
NG - 2 terms and up to Major of IA
LSPD - 1 term and up to Commander of SWAT
FIB - 2 term and up to HC
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
As a Chief of LSPD, I would make sure LSPD is the most active and prominent organization of the entire city. Other than this, I would encourage a friendly, healthy atmosphere within the organization so whoever is working for the organization must enjoy their time here with us, at least in my term. There will be weekly promotion ceremonies, special bonuses to units who are most active and a lot of other stuff. We will be doing regular city patrolling, city speed checking and giving straight fines to whoever seen speeding up. Reducing gang activities in the city. I would teach officers to use proper rp commands as ive seen a lot of cops not doing so, thats why serving as the first sheriff, i can definitely make it mandatory to do proper rp commands and whoever being sheriff after me, wont have to teach everything from scratch. I'll personally supervise the IA department as ive seen a lot of guys doing favoritism to their friends and giving them quick promotion, which is not tolerated by me. I believe only those officers deserve promotion who has proved their worth to the higher ups. FTOs will be guided to give proper training to all officers as they are the future of the organization.
Lastly I only want to say a simple thing, I want a chance to prove myself, and i expect you guys will give me that chance.
