Hello Mazhor, Alex and the Staff team.


I have been banned on the 27/10/2022 for 1.6, after waiting 5 days for a “investigation”
I feel as this was done without viewing or knowing any context or asking any questions about any trades.

I have spent thousands of dollars the weeks I’ve been in this city invested a lot of time and effort into playing the game. I stay compliant with all rules set by yourself. I am extremely confused why I have been banned for this without any communication for 5 days, not even to ask me about any trades ?

90% of my money comes from buying GC
10% comes from playing the game

I don’t know why I have been banned and I am happy to provide all context and all proof for any transactions as mentioned in my other post. i do not undertand why i have been banned for this.

I’ve just spoken to my accountant and been through everything. Given the circumstances I will be able to charge back ALL my funds via the legal route and fairly quick too regardless of all the things you guys have tried to put into place to make this difficult.

I know your bank {s} being put on hold for investigation up to 120 days till you sort it will cause more headache for you then I could do personally and will have a ripple effect.

If it costs me 10x what I put into server to get what I put in out. Then this will be happening

I don’t care about the thousands I’ve put into the game. But I do care about being treated unfairly and you guys have done nothing but.

I will force you to respect me and take accountability for what you have done even if that’s in the legal system and not in your fantasy game.


Please keep in your mind I was innocent and did nothing wrong, So everything I am about to do is justified.
