Hello,
Regarding my recent ban in the server.
Please read through all of it.
I was recently banned. What I did was a genuine mistake by accepting the trade of Omer Pluxury (he offered me the trade) and also at the time when I read the rule "1.9 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days", what we did is trade a business which was worth $200 Million and his jacket which is worth $200 Million and that is the reason why I accepted the trade, what I did is not stated in the rule. Trading something for something that is worth the same as the other is not stated in the rule.(Even tho we have traded that does not mean we have tax evaded since tax evading is trying to pay less and in the same time receiving more(in the case of the server), when both me and him have paid full price for both the business and the jacket(I paid $200 Million for the business and that mean me trading it for his jacket is like me paying that $200 Million for it)). Also tax will be paid when he, the owner of the business decides to sell it. And I also trusted that because he was an admin for about 4-6 months from what I remember. Me doing a trade with an ex admin(in my mind: shouldnt be any problems since he was an admin and he should know what you can get banned for and for what you cant get banned for). Like i said in my previous appeal, I understand the mistake that was made and I even accepted money wipe as punishment since i know I cannot go unpunished. But I dont understand why I have to get rejected and in the process receiving a 60 day ban (for something that I didn't make on purpose (trying to avoid tax)) which will couse me to lose multiple properties and my office and thats already a loss of more then $120 Million. I have spent time, a lot of money(spent 20.000 grand coins) and effort into obtaining all these things. That in my eyes is losing the irl money that I have spent on the game and the effort into also obtaining them.
I am once again sorry but I feel like my punishment is not deserved.
We are all people here and we all make mistakes. Me personally if you check my punishment history, my last warning was issued on the 30th of August.(Meaning that i learn from my mistakes and I try not to repeat them on purpose). I just dont think a mistake like this should lose me this much money and effort that I have spent playing in the server.
Please consider this request Mazhor, I am asking for my first and last chance at this.
