1. Why do you want to become an admin?
- This is the best city i've ever had the pleasure of playing I think it could use as many hands as possible to ensure everyone gets the help needed and that rules are followed so everyone can have fun in a safe RP environment. I've experienced many of what the orgs have to offer and how much fun this city can be and sharing the knowledge is something I would love the chance to do. I work as a project manager IRL and helping others and watching them thrive is really a passion i bring with me everywhere.
2. What are your strengths?
- Im right to the point and not afraid to have difficult conversation while addressing emotions at the same time. (Will always get honest answer from me)
- Im always around or within reaching distance of my PC if needed as discord is always on Im a great listener and stay calm no matter the situation.
- Following policy, Procedure & instructions has always been my strength
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
- I can sometimes follow rules to closely even when sometimes situation do arise that rules may either need to be bent or modified based on limitations provided.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
- Currently spend most my time gardening and just grinding out finances and trying help newer people learn RP and city leaving RP would be easy in the situation I'm in currently.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
- Currently have no businesses
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
- Nothing I work from home and don't have a vehicle this desk is my life
