I received a permanent ban on 24/10/2022 for receiving my second 4.1 ban (cheating). I had received the first ban on 07/05 for refusing a PC check and the second ban was for "spreading cheats". I was told by elbandito#0001 that a "Spreading Cheats" ban is considered the same as a cheater ban and therefore I received a permanent ban. About 3 weeks ago I had to undergo two PC checks, both of which were negative. The PC checks were conducted by Professor Diablo and Leo Light and had to prove that I was not cheating. The second ban spreading cheats came from a GIF I used in my forum profile, but this GIF only had the name of the cheat and no Discord link or anything with cheat and I also just took it as a joke and didn't know it had such hard consequences. I was also banned for spreading cheats for 60 days, but it was shortened to 30 days by Vincent Xozis. Since rule 4.1 states "Players may not use external software that gives them an advantage (turning off drug effects, hacks, bots, etc.). | Ban 60 days", I don't understand why "Spreading Cheats" (advertising cheats or just pictures of cheats as a profile picture) is also counted as 4.1. Furthermore, my "Spreading Cheats" ban was also shortened, which is rather untypical for "Cheating Bans" as they are not really shortened. I don't think the sanction is justified as I enjoy GrandRP very much or it is my favourite server and I can prove through PC checks that I have not cheated and don't intend to do so. I would be pleased to receive a positive answer.
