(I am Not sure, Just for consideration) I am guessing it was 147720 as their were multiple posted forum on them together
As u can see in This POV he Broke this 2 rules
First : Ghetto rules 1.3 On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations. | WARN
Second : Ghetto rules 1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN
Note: This isn't his first time doing this (not to me but he has priors)
