Leader of what organization: Los Santos Police Department

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1.) I want to run Los Santos Police Department, I am motivated and dedicated to give Los Santos Police department it my all to run this department to the best of my ability and give it the best possible reputation within my power. I promise I will have a motivated team I will have many departments for many different things to make sure the LSPD is keeping los Santos clean and fresh.

All off these departments have there own meaning and purpose.
I have previous high command experience within the LSPD departments and I am excited to thrive and lead LSPD for the launch.

FTD Department

Our main and most important departments is going to be the FTD also known as HR department. This departments will hire recruit and train people. There will be 3 different training phases and FTD department will go through them all and make sure the trainee learns and can pass back the information before going on duty and getting a rank up. Phases one will be, How to clock on and how to fill out there logs. They will be taught how to clock on and what radio codes to use when they do so and what they mean. The radio codes hold a significant responsibility within the LSPD Department. No officer will be able to clock on without knowing and taking a quiz to insure they know these codes.
Phase 2:
phase 2 they will be taught how to use “ PDA “ and how to make a successful and extravagant arrest. They will require a video of them getting the detainee and then going through the procedure to arrest.
The procedure will be as followed.
1) Find someone committing a crime.
2) Get them in the car and making sure they mind there head.
3) They then say the radio codes as followed.
“Badge number to dispatch show me 10-17 to DOC with one 10-15 and 1 additional.”
4) They will read the merinda rights provided by government.
5) Rp with them inside DOC following code of procedure.
They will then take a test and if completed successfully they will receive patrol officer 1.
The FTD officers will interview anyone that has made a successful application and they will be interviewed.within the interview they will make sure they know all the rules and are outstanding within there interview.
Bonus system will work as shown:
1) Interview. FTD Officers will recieve 10,000 per interview they record and log within the #interview logs discord channel.
2) Phase 1. FTD officers will receive 8000 per phase one training they do and log within the #Phase 1 discord channel.
3) Phase 2. FTD officers will recieve 15k per Phase 2 training they complete and Log.


SWAT Department
Within the swat department there main goal is to stop the making of drugs and selling of them. They will do a lot of work busting know dealers and making fake deals with them. They will do special missions and will help out the UC department. They will hold a high standard and will use heavy weapons such as heavy shotgun. They’re main goal is to stop dealers and to stop controban.

IA Department

One of the main departments within LSPD
will be the IA also known as Internal Affairs department. This once was linked with HR but I have decided to separate them. This departments goal will be to stop corruption within the org and make investigations within the org. They will also do random bodycam inspections and look at wrongdoings within the officers. There main focus will be to review complaints about officers and make sure they are working at a high standard. They will make sure officers are not corrupt and make sure they are all doing good within the org. They will also do random licenses checks to make sure the officers have Health insurance, a gun license and a valid driving license.

Parking enforcement
Parking enforcement main goal within the org is to tow illegally parked cars. They will go around the city with tow trucks and they will tow any car illegally parked. They will also recieve big bonuses by the Parking enforcement High commands.

UnderCover Department
This department will mainly go undercover out of work clothes and go into ghetto to collect evidence of gangs. They will record gangs robbing and doing criminal activity and bring it back to the station. We will then take that to the FIB and then raid there gang headquarters.

Anyone within the org that shows good teamwork and are dedicated will recieve weekly rank ups. Every Sunday there will be a promotion ceremony where officers that have been recognised for there good hard work will be promoted given a bonus and praised. This will insure everyone within the org is happy and keep things rolling.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.) To improve the roleplay in the organization we will have a lot of departments like SWAT, FTD, IA, UC and parking enforcement to maximise the RP. SWAT will do special missions. There will also be a detectives department where LSPD can go undercover and catch criminals and get evidence for raids. We will also work hard and close with FIB to help them the most we can. LSPD will do active commands like /do turns on bodycam and waits for red flash this will improve the RP a lot with the lawyers and DOJ department this will also make sure there bodycam is valid incase government make a subpoena.

2.) Communication is the main things within the org. FTD department make sure we use the Correct 10 codes and make sure everyone is trained to do so. The org will be very serious and anyone who doesn’t use then right within the radio will recieve punishment from IA within the org.

3.) How to act within the org.
Every officer will make sure to perform highly within the CCOP and we will make sure every officer is maintaining professional in public and there will be high standards within the org. Everyone who fails to meet these requirements will be dealt with and could end up with them loosing there badge.
