2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a) First Let me Introduce Myself I Flew in the city Nearly 1 year ago and Life Invader is My One of the Favourite org I have ever Joined in EN1 as well as EN2 I love Life Invader Because Its Work is Totally Unique from other orgs and even Gangs its a Only Private Organization In City which Deals with Activities Such as Posting Ads, Doing Broadcasts with creative Messages, Making News Report for Life Invader CNN and Many More Creative things, The things which Life-Invader does are Important to All People of the city and Leading Such a org will be my One of the Biggest Achievement in the Project.
b)The Main Reason I want to Become Leader of Life Invader is Because in IRL too I am doing Journalism course and Learning a Lot of Media and all the stuff And If I get a Chance to Become leader of LI I would improve lot of things in LI like as we have to start from Beginning as its a New Server of the Project so From Beginning Only I will make some New-Rules And Create Some New Things So That High Level Quality RP Is Done and the org stays Always on Top Compared with Others orgs
I will also Introduce a Brand New Ranking System for the Org In which I will make Teams such as
Advertising Team: The Team which will Focus on Posting ads from the PDA.
Creative Team: The Team which will Focus on Poster making, Animating, Creating Messages for In-Game Messages.
News Report Team: This Team will Monitor and Patrol Whole City for the Latest News and Give all Info about The Incident through a Report and which will be Posted in Life Invader Cnn in Discord This Team will Also Take interviews of Important Personalities Such as Leaders, Richest Person in City , Biggest Philanthropist of City etc.
Event Management Team: This Teams will Focus on Hosting Events such as Talents Shows and other events where LI is Having a Important Role.
c) As Life-Invader is the Only Creative Org so the leader of the Org should also Know skills And I am perfect guy to Hold Leadership of Org Because I have lots of Skills Such as Poster Making , Creating a Message For Broadcasts , Making Animated Poster, Creating a News Report, almost all skills which are needed in LI, I am Having it and I really wish to Contribute my Skills by Becoming a leader of Life-Invader And I am sure That I will be able to Bring the Org on Top As Soon as I get Leadership.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Taking On Ground News Report By Attending Situation such as Hostage, Store robberies etc.
b) Taking Interviews of Leader of Other org and Some Important Personals of City.
c) Collaborating with Legal and illegal orgs for Knowing the Latest Situations and Happenings of the City.
d) An extra bonus system will be implemented to increase the work mentality of employees.
e) No favoritism will be there when we talk about choosing the recruitment of employees.
