2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
So when i joined in the city and when i got a 5 lvl,firs i joined in the NG(ENG 1).From the NG i got a big experience,i learned everything from this org (all rules,all rp rules,situations and other thing). In my opinion NG is a different organization from other orgs,because when u are soldier (NG member) just u can not arrest a people,maybe its a very boring organization for some other peoples but in my opinion its a very important because NG is a helping other legal orgs,NG is a making a ammo run,they have very good equipment and they are involve in all special situations.Now i want to talk about my experience : in this city (EN 1 server) i was a NG hc 1 time,FIB DHOD of UC,LSPD Captain of SWAT (2 times) and in another city (EN2) NG General,FIB HOD of IA and SAHP FTO HC. So as i said i have been General of the NG in another city,so i know how u need to work when u are General and its not possible for me, i will do my best,i will work very hard and i will help my soldiers in every case.

So i will improve RP and i will always follow the rp rules,i will try to do not break any gen rule,i will recruit the people who knows some,RP rules,some RP situations because if any member of the any org is breaking RP rules this org will get a warning by gods (admins) it will be a very bad for me,for the org and for all soldiers and i think this org will be a very active if i will be a General.
Now i will talk about the departaments :
1)Recruitment Team (RT) :
This departament members will recruit a new soldiers,they will take a interview from the people who wants to join in the NG,they will check the applications and they will make a training for a new soldiers,they will teach them how the NG is working and about the NG and rp rules.
2)Special Operations Forces (SOF) :
This Departament members will involve in a special operations and i think this dep will be a very active.
3) Internal Affairs (IA) :
IA departament members will check the licenses form a soldier, they will check if NG members are filling the all logs and if any 1 is breaking any rules.So if soldiers will not follow IA rules they will get a strike or warning.
