Reviewed RDM in City after Event, Corrupt Legal Employee | ID 935, ID 1593, ID 75

As you can see, I am heading back to weapons factory to pick up my family members after I died and the event ended. When I pulled up, ID 935 and 1593 began shooting at me unprovoked and with 0 RP.

I thought ID 75, who is the leader of FIB, was being messed with because his hands were up so I decided to shoot back at them to help him. I then realized he was a part of it and he began shooting me and killed me. Weird that the leader of FIB is able to run around shooting people unnecessarily while off duty. AFTER an event as well.

935 and 1593 should get punished for RDM for shooting me and killing my friends.
75 should be looked at for playing the bad side of an employee with no RP biography.

I specifically did not shoot at him if you actually take a look, thought the two in bot clothes were messing with him because they were just randomly gunning people down after weapons factory

Greetings!
Firstly,
We had just finished weapons factory and I started heading out but I realized that my rental had vanished due to the given time being finished. I went afk for a couple minutes after to deal with some IRL things and upon coming back I realized my family members were in a active gunfight. Having zero context of the situation I tried to get them to stop (as shown in the screenshot)

However, I soon realized that they weren't taking my advice and were instead shooting every vehicle that was passing by. Due to the fact that these players were new members in the family I didn't want to get involved and instead put my hands up and started to run away (as shown in your own POV) as it seemed as if they were RDMing. However, as I started to run away you got out of the vehicle and started to shoot. In my POV it seems as if you got out and started to shoot at me(as shown here

I was unaware of the fact that there were people running behind me), which is when I, a legal with a firearms license and IC firearms training, opened fire solely to protect myself. I injured you while you were in the city rather than in the ghetto meaning that I needed IC reason to do so which I believed at the time I had due to the fact that you appeared to be shooting at me and so I acted in self defense. Right after this happened I started heading towards FIB to attempt to get on duty and bring the appropriate units to deal with the situation. So I would like to question why you are including me in this report for the reason " looked at for playing the bad side of an employee with no RP biography" when there is nothing that I did in the POV that isn't justified by the law.

While I understand your confusion as to me being involved with the RDM, I hope this can convince you otherwise.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

•ID 935 & 1593 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15.

•When outside of the ghetto you must engage in RP before shooting someone.

Upon reviewing the evidence provided by ID: 75, it is determined that he had sufficient RP reason to return fire (fearing for his life). As from his POV the shots did appear to be fired towards his character. (-0:50)​
