First of all, my friend recorded the video I uploaded.
I am the player with the ID 86870 that appears in the video.
You can see the 91654 id player cheating in the video. i'm complaining about her.
My account was blocked right after this incident. This is unfair.
Please can someone really offer me some help?

I was standing in front of the black market with the car I rented in front of the hospital.
A few people were fighting, I watched them.
Then one of the fighters got into my car and I was blocked.
This is exactly how it happened.
I'm asking here. Can you tell me where and when I used cheats?

Hello sir. I have the video proof that user 86870 is legit.

As you can see in the video the cheater(91654) is fighting with other users and the user 86870 is watching them. What im wondering about is ,are you guys banning all of the legit users which is not using hacks ? Do you have any proofs to user 86870 is using any cheats ? The guy who is cheating is getting his car and thats the proof of cheating ?
