2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - I want to be leader of NG as i have a lot of experience as a HC in every org and was LT general all in EN2 so i know all the rules and also how to run an org
2 - I want leader of NG as i have put hundreds of hours on duty to this org and would love to be the first leader in EN3 to set the standard high for previous leaders and make NG great
3 - I Have a lot of very good soldiers which I know would love to come to EN3 and work to make NG great, we all have the dedication and NG would rule the city
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I would make each division active, to do this i would have divisional tasks and weekly meetings for each Major, I would also like to introduce some newer divisions which I have ideas of and build on some divisions i saw in en2
I would impendent bonuses to keep active as it is a new server, I know that money will carry influence so i would reward very hard work officers
I would make sure that every single officer is trained to best of our ability and in order to hold this idea i would make sure there is an exam every officer has to complete before being able to call them self a soldier
I have many more ideas which I would love to show
