2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) I want to be the leader of Ballas gang as i was HC for first time in ballas gang and i started my journey of crime in ballas as HC. i am having deputies for everything which will make my gang the most stable gang. I will do the store robberies and Hostage situations everyday which will rise the fear of my gang in the heart of the Leos.
B) As the gang leader i will focus to make my gang the most dangerous gang of history for this i will make my gang to do alot of events like store robberies ,FZ and Ghetto clapping. i will only take people who know the ghetto fully so whenever their will be ghetto fight they will know what to do and what to not.
C) I will not be like others gang leaders who only think about them. i will think about gang also the members who will join the gang i will make sure that everyone is Happy in my gang. The people who are working hard are getting their Reward. this will make my gang become loyal to their work and they will try their best to make the ballas on top. and everyone will try to show up to events because i will give them Bounous for attending events so my gang will be most Dangerous gang.
3.Your advices for improving RP level in organization.
1) we should only take people in gang who know how to treat the other people.
2) HC ranks should be given to those who are mature and can handle the gang while leader is not in city
3) We should give rewards to the hardworking persons which i will do
4) They people who are pulling to the Meeting points of gang and events they should get the Bounous.
