2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- As this is gonna be a new server I want to take the leadership and set a really good example with my great skills of leading a gang and to show people how a good looks and work like. As its almost been 2 years since I have been playing on this project and have always been in gangs, and I have a very strong dedicated mindset towards gangs and being on top. As I have been a deputy leader in more than 14-15 terms and have gained a lot of experience and learned about everything in details. Leading a gang and watching it grow have always been my priority and I always managed to do that flawlessly, whether it is dealing with warnings, taking care of turfs, managing events, solving the conflicts between gang members, getting everyone active, I know and I have done it many times. As while leading gangs I always ended up doing more events than needed because the way how I lead and do events people starts enjoying doing it and they stay motivated as well. To get members active and to give them a motive to do events I always gave big bonuses to give them something in return.
- I will also make sure that the deputies I have are from 2 different time zones so that my gang can keep up the events and dominate even when I am not there. I wont just give ranks to people, I will make sure that everyone in my gang understands the value of their rank and stay active. I will also make sure that there is no toxicity in my gang and all the HC are being nice and are misusing their power. I will make sure that everyone in my gang no matter what rank he/she is will be treated equally and respectfully. As a leader its my responsibility to make sure there is no rule breaking by my gang members. So, I will making sure that every HC ask them all the questions in detail and give them an OOC class where they can properly understand all the rules and different events. Not only I will create a good and strong gang I will also make sure that every single person in the gang follow RP rules strictly and don't make any trouble so that everyone can enjoy the server with proper RP. With my knowledge and skills I would improve the experience of the criminal RP and keep improving the majority of the RP day by day.
- Ill make a big and a bold statement with the my leadership skills and make my gang the most efficient, active and dominating gang ever. I will also make sure that I get terrorist organization, and show the city what I am capable of and how I can lead my gang. As this is gonna be a new server I will make the Ballas first term the best one and set a big example for other people on how to lead a gang as I have done in the past. If I get the chance to be leader I will make sure to turn out to be the best gang leader and make my term the most successful term.
3. Your Advice In Improving Roleplay Level In Organization.
- As it'll be a new server and I will make sure from the day one with my leadership the RP on this server stays maintained
- From robbing in the streets to doing big events like FZ and Subs, I will have a team of HC who will be teaching everyone in the gang on how to do things and how to handle different situations, So that not only the HC but all the gang members are equally skilled and are able to do stuff on their own without any rule breaks.
- From interviews in gang to being in gang I will make sure everyone is behaving properly like gangster and follow the rules strictly so that everyone can enjoy criminal RP.
- I will make sure that everything we do from ghetto activates to negotiations in the robberies every criminal interaction will be way more realistic with all my unique and different ideas.
- I will make sure that everyone is being respectful towards each other and if anyone is being toxic will be instantly kicked or punished.
- I will also try to solve all the issues in IC rather than OOC or forums, As I want to improve RP in game not on forums.
4. My Goals for Ballas.
- I will make sure that not only gang members are happy with the way how I lead my gang but even the curators are satisfied with my term and give this city the best gang terms it ever had.
- I will also make sure that I go for a second term so that I can have my clean term more long lasting and get the most output from my leadership.
- Dominate all the other gangs and organization in all the events.
- Dominate all the other orgs and gangs in all ways.
- Take the criminal Roleplay to a whole new level.
- Maintain fear of our gang over the city.
- Target all the legal organizations.
- Make it a terrorist organization.
- A clean term without warnings.
