2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1)I would like to become leader because i believe that me and my deputy (Adam Bebar) have the skills and knowledge to make ballas best gang in the city. I am strict, funny and humorous personality which means that our gang will be very well disciplined, but they will never be bored from the countless events that we do.
2)I also want to be leader to ensure that we have maximum numbers at events such as subs, fz raid and much more. Me and my hc team will do this by punishing people that don't attend and rewarding those who are putting in the hard work.
3)I want to be leader because i feel that i can improve the roleplay within both the gang and the city. Me and my deputy will create internal quizzes to ensure that our gang members know about the rules.
3. Your Advice in Improving Roleplay Level in Organization.
1) There will be a strict punishment system. If we feel a gang member has done something wrong then we will issue a strike. Each strike means you get demoted once and if they receive 3 strikes in 7 days then they will be fired and blacklisted for 7 days.
2)There will be an internal rules quiz that all new members must take. All rules will be on the discord and each person has a maximum of 3 attempts at the quiz. If they fail 3 times they will be fired. This reduces rule breaks through ought the gang.
3) I will create a promotion system. Every week I will ask my hc team to report back to me on who deserves a promotion. Promotions will be decided off both the effort and events attended and hc suggestions.
4) I will give personal bonuses to people that i see are putting in a lot of effort and always trying their best.
5) The hc team will be mature people who can handle the gang well. They will be in charge of keeping the gang in order, reviewing internal rules quizzes alongside the recruitment team and much more.
6) I have been in multiple organisations (legal and illegal) such as ballas 2 terms, Vago's, Marabunta as well as sahp and hc in lspd. Some terms were a success, but some terms were a mess. That is why in my term we will be doing lots of events to make sure that our members never get bored of us. I will build a reputation for ballas. Ballas on top!
7) I will have a recruitment team. The recruitment team will be in charge of hiring and interviewing new people to the gang.
8) Young Balla will not be able to rob or take hostages. If they pass the quiz within 3 attempts, they will be promoted by our recruitment team or hc
