2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Firstly I have perfected my memorisation of the rules, im certain i wont have any faults during a potential interview for leader. Im an experienced Grand RP member, Ive been roleplaying on Grand RP since the first months of EN 01. Ive been a leader both on EN 1 and EN 02 in which i was a gang leader both times. I have extensive high command experience in nearly all orgs. I have been all from the first ever EN 02 Supreme Court Judge to a family leader to a gang leader which shows i have roleplaying abilities that allow me to rp in nearly all organizations. Furthermore i have good people to help me during my potential term, i am aiming to get 2 terms in the gang which is something i also know i have time for. I will prove that i have the rp standards needed to run the organization by accomplishing the goal of not getting a single warning during my terms/terms.
- I have up to 50 people whod be interested in joining the organization right from the start. I know these people really well and therefore i can also ensure that they will be rping the best they can, and to make other players time on the server as good as possible. The first thing im gonna do when potentially gaining leadership of the org is finding out who to have as my deputies to make sure i have comrades that can help me run the gang when im not available, even though im available most of the day.
- Upon joining the gang. When new members join they will immediately be introduced to the system of the gang and how it works. I will have a system in the gang email where members can log the work they have done for the gang which will be awarded with things like bonuses, promotions and others. Lastly i was one of the first gang leaders on EN 02 so i know how to make sure the gang gets ready during the early stages of the server. I have some other plans that i wouldnt like to share publicly, so im sparing those for a potential interview where i can tell it detailed. Im sure ill have The Ballas gang stay on top for two full terms with little to no hassle and warnings. Lastly id like to say... Ballas on top!!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
-When applying for the organization people will be issued a rules test to make sure they keep up on the rules of the server, hence improving their roleplay level. I will have a team in the organization that takes care of members who are violating rules, to make sure noone in the gang is stepping on other server members roleplay experience. I think these points make a good structure for the start of the gang and i have much more to tell in a potential interview..
