Background:
William grew up in the Ghetto of Los Santos, his dad was part of the famous gang "The Families", so he experienced violance in the early years of his life. He of course joined the gang but he didnt feal the comfortable in it, he allways thought that that is not the right place for him. But once "The Families" decided to do a Store Robbery and he needed to go with them. It all ended up in a big shootout where he needed witness how his father got shot multiple times and died right in front of him, he got hit by a bullet at his arm and went unconscious and when he woke up he was in hospital cuffed to the bed. The Feds had mercy with him as he was only 16 years old and offered him a deal if he sniches on his brothers he can walk free and start a new life. He gladly accepted so he moved to the downtown of Los Santos and worked as janitor for LSPD he also went to evening school to studdy. After 2 years of working at LSPD he saw poster promoting the police accademy so he decided to give it a try and he got accepted. He worked himself up Major of FTO, after 10 years of beeing a police offer he decided to work with the FIB. At FIB he meet old friends from LSPD and worked himself up to HOD of SWAT. But with the time passes by a lot of his friends and colleagues left to become criminals. But he stayed at FIB although he will help his friends when ever he can.
OUTCOMES:
1. William can torture and Interrogate for information by using truth serum.
2. William can pay informants to get information that benifits him or the Org.
3. William can sell illegal weapons that he picked up.
4. William can free suspect or help the escaping.
5. William will help his family members and friends when ever he can.

7. William can be rude and ignore the ccop if the suspect annoys him.
8. William can also arrest people for no legal reason(of course with RP Reason).
