Life Story:
Christian was born into a regular middle-class family that at the young age of 5 moved him to the City of Los Santos. His father was a world class thief and assassin, so at a very young age, Christian learned how to shoot and rob in very intricate ways. Christian has always thought as himself as smarter than everyone, so instead of joining a gang and having the reputation of a criminal he decided to have straight A’s and be the top of his class through High School which landed him offers from the most prestigious universities. Christian decided to leave Los Santos in order to go to study at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts majoring in Law. There he found himself learning the ways of the rich and powerful. To survive he would steal from his closest friends and classmates without anyone ever noticing what he was doing. Here he met his friend and mentor Frank Ghost. He learned all types of ways to blend into society and be a chameleon while coming crimes from murder to assault and even kidnapping. Once he finished his degree in Law it was time for him to go back home and find a way to use his new skills and knowledge to become rich and powerful. When he arrived back in Los Santos found himself back at home in the Ghetto. Again, Christian was never into being in the spotlight and anonymity was his most powerful tool. Being very intellectual but also charismatic got him in the door to being friends with not only the most elite citizens, but also the most elite criminals in the city. Here he got the fantastic idea. To get away with being an Elite Criminal but stay in the shadows he would become an LEO in every organization. There he would learn the protocols of the LEO’s in order to get away with various crimes without ever being caught.
Career Story:
Using his Law Degree from Harvard, and his charm, Christian made friends with the Elites of the Government. During Vick Vinegar’s terms he first started as a State Attorney for the DOJ. His flawless knowledge of the laws got him not only praise from his colleagues, but he was able to climb his way up from State Attorney to Senior State Attorney, District Court Judge and all the way up to Supreme Court Justice. But his skills with various weapons caught the attention of the USSS, so the transfer from DOJ to USSS was approved. There he learned all the protocols and SOPs of how the USSS and many other organizations worked. Still retaining his lawyers license Christian was able to work as a USSS Captain and still be able to be a lawyer. After the term was over Christian decided to leave the Government and join SAHP. Here he was able to become a Trooper and learn all the processes of pulling people over taking them to jail and how to be an actual cop in the city. His connections in the city and vast array of skills caught the eye of the Head of Undercover agents at SAHP. Although, very short-lived Christian was able to see a bit of how the Undercover life of SAHP agents worked! Christian decided to leave SAHP to then join the FIB. Due to all the problems with the organization that venture was very short lived. One his longest friends and mentor in the DOJ Sophia then became the Governess of the City of Los Santos. Because she knew how well Christian knew the city, she decided to offer him the position of Chief of Staff. Christian finally had made it. But, decided to stay away from crime for a while due to his position in the Government. Being High Command in the Government opened many doors. Here he was access to classified information and influence in the city. Working with many organizations and becoming one of the most powerful people in the city, Christian was finally making it. After Sophia’s terms were over Christian was offered a high position in the FIB. Here he gathered more intel on how the organizations worked and got to work alongside 00 Agents and learned their protocols as well. But knowing Jimin for so long and doing such great work got Christian the offer of Chief of Staff yet again. Christian decided it was time for him to use his power and influence to finally initiate his plan to become an influential but silent criminal.
Outcomes:
1. Christian can use truth serum on victims to get intel from 10-15s (Using /Try commands, can use 2 times every Rp situation)
2. Christian can use illegal weapons on or off duty.
3. Christian can do illegal activities off duty.
4. Christian can receive bribes up to $100,000.
5. Christian can use a gun without a serial number and not leave a trace.
6. Christian is allowed to take some illegal weapons for himself from people
7. Christian is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive USSS/SAHP/FIB training
8. Christian can pickpocket and rob people.
9. Christian is HC so he is allowed to carry his equipment (cuffs, weapons, radio, mask) always.
10. Christian can take bodycams off of officers and civilians and destroy then with /try.
11. Christian can be associated with any criminal in the city.
12. Christian can sell and buy weapons/illegals in the black market.
