History:
Jonathan Gacy grew up in a very poor community and everything was always against him with no remorse things like no money, no house, hard to get food and such. But that never stopped him he would always find a way to get out of each situation every single time and that made him power through each struggle. And one day he saw another guy that owned a family and was inspired as he has a very powerful family with many members and all strong alliances. That made him want to go out of his comfort zone. He worked harder and harder day by day to get to the point that he would be able to make a family and once he got to that point he made one and all was going well but it got sabotaged from the inside out and ever since then he wouldn't make a new family as he got affected greatly and he got depressed and wanted to end it all until he saw some old videos with his old family and with that he saw how much fun he used to have with his boys clapping and such and he decided to try this again and it got a few people in it and he wanted to make it more expandable with more power available to him. He started to buy businesses and became a kingpin and is on top of all of his haters and is doing way better.
Daily Activities: Competing for businesses
Family Goals: Becoming the biggest and best family with the best alliances making sure everything is perfect as well as being one of the most active families.
Family Rules:
Be respectful, civil, and welcoming.
Controversial topics such as religion or politics are not allowed.
Please do not mic spam.
Avoid topics regarding banned members.
Only communicate in English.
Do not play music or other audio through your microphone.
Do not engage in hate speech of any kind.
Do not harass, or join in on the harassment of, another person.
Regardless of age, strive to treat each other as we would like to be treated ourselves.
Do not bully or harass another member in any way, shape, or form.
Be kind and respectful to others.
Follow Chain Of Command
Ranks:
Recruit: New family members that is able to use vehicles and do basic things as the family progresses
Hitman: Person attempting to do activities with the family.
Gangster: Person spends a lot of time defending the family in situations most wouldnt.
Trusted: Able to handle some parts of the family such as collecting profits and robbing
Enforcer: A person that is completely trusted in being able to invite people and have all permissions without going through chain of command
Turfer: Person that claps and that is always active that also goes to most if not all events when available
Kingpin: They are do things that deputies and up shouldnt have to worry about until it reaches the point that HC has to get involved
Manager: Over watches all that is happening and handles all family matters
Deputy: Does all the work the leader doesnt handle.
Leader: Absolute power makes sure deputies are making the right decisions.
