Rejected Ban appeal

i was banned for bug abuse for 7 days even tho people break that fence in that event to get in from there and my friend was stuck and couldnt enter and a lot of people enter from there that way this bug abuse didnt give any advantage to us in any aspect i feel 7 days ban is way too long especially in this time when it grand coins promotion and event i would like to celebrate the Halloween with my friends and not waste it since its once a year event i never bug abused anything in game and never had intention to i did carry him over the fence because we were about to start the event and we didnt have a car to break the fence the complaint itself about me was unnecessary and unreasonable it was just to get me banned because simple mistake i hope my ban appeal get accepted and i can go back to the project and enjoy it with my friends because as u see i never bug abused any in the game and this one was a mistake and i wont do it again

i do realize i posted a thread before this because i was expecting to see tolerance by admins because the bug abuse didnt affect anything literally and it wasnt in purpose to ruin others experience atleast if not accept to unban maybe reduce the days i really dont want to miss the big update
