good day mazhor, i joined EN3 yday, and i bought alot of gc for the auction then auction starts in wrong time and i was able to get a business for 220million after that administration says they will withdraw all the business. that s fine and redo the auction today. but i need my money back for the auction and after opening a technical ticket i am told it will take 24 hours to get the money back do you think that is fair ? because then i wont be able to participate in the auction because of a techincal issue from the server.
