Approved Car Ramming ID(4828) VDM & Genaral Rule 6.6 ID (14336)

So my game crashed and when I came back my Kamacho spawned right in the middle of the road and I was trying to move but as you can see ID 4828 kept crashing into me.

The VDM I'm not sure if it was on accident but look on purpose to me depends on what you think but I think he drove into me because he was low and wanted to get an advantage on me to make sure he knocked me unconscious. Also, you can see at the end of the clip he is clearly getting shot and he starts to loot my gun.

ID 4828 will receive a punishment for Car Ramming.
ID 14336 will receive a punishment for VDM and General Rule 6.6.
