I had lost my mask due to a item can't be transferred glitch (I'd bought the mask with in game money and it said it didn't belong to me after taking it off) and it got accepted, JETIX instructed me to send it to ID 6 through postal and so I did, but when he sent me back the item it was the wrong mask (Pictures in the imgur link, correct mask is taken from the clip as a screen shot and the wrong mask is in game). JETIX never replied to my ticket about receiving the wrong mask and it got deleted. (You can check technical section there's no tickets there or at least I can't see any). I'd like to receive the correct mask please.
(I don't know if the server time on the ticket is exactly correct, but I remember it was about 20-30 minutes after the new EN server came out.)
