2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~The main reason for being a leader of this org for me is because i want to run a organization which is organized and fun but mostly a active org,I want to provide the skills which i have like my leadership qualities and provide the motivation and passion to become a great leader but most definitely a better org for everyone.
~So as we know that gang isn't just about just gang war or fighting with LEOs and doing some rowdy things but it is like a family with my experience we can bring a store robbery or hostage situation to next level providing new level of rp , we can bring some ides about gangs going to events and performing a quality instead of roaming around in gang car and starting gang War. Turf would be more fun and in my pov gangs have much more quality rp then any other factions which could be improvised and we can bring some new content to the city.In my experience gang should be more lean towards communication than spamming on radio which could be sorted out by giving proper instruction . Extra events like house robbery or car robbery should much more roleplayed instead of just going to the house and robbing it . If i get a chance to become leader of this org i will make a difference because of my creative ideas and my previous experience towards Ballas.
~Thirdly, I want to make Ballas not only a active org but i want to give opportunities to everyone by allowing them to try new functions and i want to teach them how to do the gang related work and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and city and rule the ghetto,Everyone would be treated fairly by me and my trusted guys with respect rather they would be rank 1 or deputy .I have seen that ballas have a potential to rule the ghetto and city because of its location and we will try to make it more better in this term.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
- I have noticed that gangs are mostly focused towards OOC events (turf,cland) and less about IC Events(Robbery, Ghetto fight etc.)
- I would be providing a quality roleplay instead of just being a criminal in the city providing more content.
- I want to improve it by being an active org by doing robberies on a regular period such like Clands , Battleship , NG Raid , Gun Store Robbery and much more events. I want to give new members equal opportunities to progress with the gang and give them a chance to do what they want . If I see that a member is doing good and being active then I will award him.
- I would be providing my gang members with the correct info to stop then from breaking rules withing gang to create a strong and mature group of individuals to rule the ghetto without any act of destroying others RP Life.
- I would like to conduct events which haven't took place till now in any servers , here I'm speaking about Global events. I want to create something new something which grows interest in players and creative which would be fun for everyone.
