Dear Sir,

I understand now that bug abuse is very serious. Please consider my appeal. I did not know this was such a serious offense and have been denied my previous unban forum. I have seen get unbanned for such worse things ie: using slurs, cheating etc, and all I did was use an action in the game when a friend needed help. When I did this action the admin told me to not do it again and I immediately stopped and left the area. Will you please at least consider making my ban time shorter? I have put so much into this game and I do not want to lose my things. I appreciate your time. Thank you.
