3.Backstory
Richard Miller grew up on the streets of Porto, in Portugal for all his early life, His family struggled financially and got in debt with the wrong people these people would kill Richard Miller's mother this enraged Richard and he swore to take vengeance , crime and violence is all that he knows and he started to rob shops and people at the young age of 14 just to get food on the table for dinner. His life continued to be a struggle for many years but soon Richard gained a lot of respect and power on the streets of Porto, he would go on to establish the Portuguese Cartel with a group of friends, the Portuguese Cartel would continue to grow and expand in Porto for many years and even find and kill the people that killed the leader's mother. However the group of friends decided to expand setting their sites on Los Santos. After flying out to Los Santos they bought an apartament and situated themselves with many members and started their family over in the states , they would steal cars and rob houses as a source of income, but this new start would prove to be difficult, many members were killed by rival gangs and cartels and the Portuguese Cartel would take a big hit. However they built themselves up from the ground again gathering money from anything they could to build up the family. Portuguese Cartel has invested great amounts of money into cars, manpower and weapons to finally become a force to be reckoned with and now operates comfortability as and when they choose doing drug trafficking , kidnapping , arms dealing and hijacking vehicles but still has aspirations to become bigger and to crush anyone that stands in Portuguese Cartel way.

Become a well know family in top 10 or 20
Own a business
To have fun and to help new members of the city
Establish Authority and Gain the respect of many people
To be an active family and to pull up to many events
5.Family Rules:
No anti afk in the family house or in general
To have respect for all members and to never disrespect
No stealing from the warehouse
No breaking or abuse of city rules and to know the server rules
Listen to your High commands

(10) Boss: Creator and leader of the Family
(9) Sub-Leader: The Founding members of the family they act as deputy's if the Boss is not in city and in charge of all businesses
(8) Marauder: Trusted members of the family in charge of Raids and Robberies
(7) Shot caller: Second in command to marauders and also in charge of events
(6) Professional: A Long time member of the family, they know what they are doing in all areas and are trusted in the family they will give feedback to higher ups about how the lower ranks are acting and performing
(5) Hitman: An experienced shooter and killer used as the main shooters in events
(4) Gunslinger: A decent shooter used as secondary to the Hitman's in events
(3) Teacher: A more experienced member that has the function to help newbies and trainees
(2) Trainee: A member undergoing training to become a main member of the family
(1) Newbie: brand new members to the family and await training
