1. Leader of Ballas
2. I would like to be the leader of Ballas for a few reasons
Firstly I have tremendous experience in this project. I had a previous ballas term in en2 where I had 161 active members in the ghetto and Ballas was the top gang in not only turfs but all events and I kept the ghetto alive with rp situations such as hostage situations constant robbing and store robberies.
Secondly I believe that if I get leadership on this brand new server I can give a great term to Ballas and set an example of how to lead. With this new server there will be a huge influx of new/old players. There will be a huge divide within the server that will make all the new players lost. I know from experience that the older players with more experience are not helpful to the new players instead they are toxic. If you look into the people who are/were around me they are all now gang leaders as well I have taught them not only the rules but how to stand out and rp. They went from barely having any fun just making money in EMS to becoming org leaders and leading their own teams.
Lastly If I am picked the Ballas gang will be the strongest gang with in the city and complete all their given tasks.
3. Like I have said before if you want to make the server better for EVERYONE and not just the experienced players you need leaders who are willing to help explain and train these new players. Grand rp has a lot of rules and new players are always being punished for not knowing them or fully understanding them, Picking good leaders will guarantee that these new players fully understand the rules and enjoy the server and not quit on their third day.
