Rejected Throwing the RP, Disrespect to players | James Pluxury

I'm the deputy leader of LifeInvader.
Firstly we blacklisted a person due to his ad contains illegal item.

Then randomly James Pluxury came and removed his blacklist which throws the whole RP there without giving us any information and reason.
After that we discussed a bit abut this situation with CEO and other deputy leader + curator admin of LifeInvader.

Then we blacklisted him again since we didn't get any information about the situation. Also tried to talk with a senior curator and Megan Pluxury said that it's handled.

She said situation handled but after that he removed the blacklist again.

Then I asked for a reason from James Pluxury because I thought I have right to know that because of I am deputy leader of that organization but his reason was just "Player came, apoligized. Problem solved" which we don't accept because LifeInvader's policy isn't working like that. When I told him that he said "Yes, you work very bad, activity of org is very bad". This was very disrespectful to us and for me it's unacceptable. We are in the middle of the event now and we are trying to do our best. We are giving too much effort to this organization and roleplay but he just ignores it and coming us too disrespectfully.

one mistake during work for sure is not and good reason to add in black list of org person
in specials if no one from org have received any warnings from admins . So newbies are coming to org and wanna make their job and sometimes fails - and to blacklist from org for such fail is to much

Same as Blacklisting people for making single add even if they don't understand that they have made wrong in that add course u have "own internal rules" - looks totally INSANE
