Game, NPC and Phone Issue

When I enter the game, sometimes vehicles and players do not appear, sometimes they do, but npc's do not appear and I cannot use the phone at any time (the phone window does not open even though I press K). I verified all files but still same

Update: Also i cant open M menu too after 2 min playing
Update 2 : I reinstalled Grand RP again but still same

I dont have any issue about fps and using ethernet connection, idk why this is happening but it cames from hallowen update

Try connect an Internet Cable. or Reinstall RageMP! If its not working, Try clearing ur client-resources from ragemp

Install rage Multiplayer like 3 times and same grand rp for 3 times and windows for 5 times
