Game, NPC and Phone Issue

hlo im new here i have issue player can see me but i cant i have 20mbs internet and map icons are also not showing

Hello, I'm facing the same problem. Can somebody help me with how to fix this? I reinstall the game and also verify the game, but it's not working.

When I enter the game, sometimes vehicles and players do not appear, sometimes they do, but npc's do not appear and I cannot use the phone at any time (the phone window does not open even though I press K). I verified all files but still same

Update: Also i cant open M menu too after 2 min playing
Update 2 : I reinstalled Grand RP again but still same
