NewBie = Just joined family and this is the first rank
Learner = You have to do the 4 hour family quest to get this role
Trained Raptor = You have to plant solar panels 2 days in a row and donate 10k to family account
Business Control = You will have to participate in family events and you can control business and stuff when you get this rank
Under Boss = You will get this rank when you plant solar panels for 10 days in a row and you will be deputy/HC and you can be called leader in some situations when boss is not available
Boss = The role of the Owner of the family
