2.1 Whats up I think I can be a strong leader for Ballas as I have experience in leadership on EN1. Everybody knows that Ballas is an OG gang and I believe I can push it beyound its bounderies as a first Ballas leader here on EN3. I love the gang very much and I believe I can be the best candidate for the role. I will make sure Ballas is active and provide loads of RP opportunities between other gangs and legal orgs
2.2 people who knows me I would lead the gang in a good mood and enjoyment not boring or anything and the gang should be a friendly gang which does not matter if you have family beef with people in the gang you don’t mention it take it somewhere else where it’s not a gang stuff this is not family shit this gang stuff we here to own the city with the gang would also be happy if they learn stuffs from me so In the future they used it
2.3 need everyone to be nice to each other and not have problems with eachother trying to solve the problem in a good behavior will be nice second I don’t want people to think they low rank they should not lead if you need high rank fast you lead events and show me you are worth for high rank and my high ranks should not use there power against the lower rank because everyone is equal to me in my organization I want everyone to have fun and not be scared and make ballas top 1 honestly I see all high command use there power on lower rank if I see my high command doing the just now the byeee earn the high command rank again
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
my advice for improving roleplay level in organization is
1.get to know the rules good
2.don’t recruit people who does not anything at all
3. dont break rules for fun or stupid things which will lead our gang having a warning
4. the gang will improve roleplay and all gang should also and have fun together
Will increase rp by doing rp situation etc store robbery gunstore hostage situation and teach people how to do it so someday they can lead it and show me if they improve there rp by seeing me and my high command doing and making it fun also will increase the activity of the gang because people don’t want a dead gang we go ghetto together we go do all stuff together which is gang stuff
