The guy was insulting me before and the video proof posted was too short, i demand to see the whole video 3-5 mins
And before all i didnt insult him because it wasnt mean for him, i was joking with my friend because im moroccan and he is egyptian.

You did not provide your pov and you could not mention his parents even if he insulted you. I would punish him if he violated rules but I do not see any pov
