Approved Stealing car in GZ I 148645

Personally think every single one of these guys should get a warning for working together to steal the car and I have another clip showing all of them if needed but as you can see in the video Car is being pushed out of Green Zone and then he continues to steal it. Also don't think it's fair that I would have to pay 1 mil for another persons rulebreak.
