Hi Mazhor, I am writing this now thinking about all the great memories and experiences I have had in your project. One of those memories were made the day I first received Leadership of my own gang! I was so happy and felt really honoured standing with that title. I worked very hard for that gang and we were achieving above and beyond during my time. Multiple Gun store, 24/7 and hostage situations a day, along with winning clandestine constantly, having lots of numbers at SUBS event and slowing creating a name for the gang. (At my time of leadership, NG was down, so no raids). Numbers started flowing in and things were going great.
Through my leadership, I lost my my curator and ended up awaiting on a new one and when I needed support it was a lot harder.
At the time, my friend I hadn't played with in ages wasn't able to launch Grand RP and he was bored and wanted to play a game. I stupidly misunderstood the leader rule: 3.1 Play on other RP / RPG projects for GTA V and SAMP, holding any position (leader, admin, being on another servers discord etc.)
I interpreted this rule as: You cannot play on other RP / RPG projects for GTA V and SAMP, holding any position (leader, admin). By this, I thought it stated "Hold that position on the other server). I played another project with him while we waited for help from our other friend to guide him on what he should then do.
Meanwhile, my discord bio was displaying that I was playing this other project
A day later, I had my gang all ready to leave the HQ and we had a large convoy on the highway ready to attack a gun store. An admin posted in my gang chat
"Vagos is disbanded" and then I was blocked (I understand my mistake).
However, 8 months later (Now) I have been trying to get a leadership again as I am human and I have now learnt from my mistake. It was by far the most stupid decision I have made in this project and if I could re do that day, I would!
Whenever I now apply for leadership I receive the comments:
"Punishment History"
"Failed Leadership prior"
My question is: I haven't received a punishment for quite some time and if they are all referring to my previous Ban for 3.1, that was 8 months ago and it was a complete mistake. Is no one allowed a second chance?
Two: I have been told, I am not blacklisted from leadership
And lastly, I would like to state. I didn't remove my discord activity from being seen due to the fact, I genuinely was uncertain on the rule and had nothing to hide. If I really wanted to play that game with full understanding of the rule, I would have hidden my discord status which was not the case.
Please Mazhor, I am requesting that I can be given a chance for an interview again as ever since, I have been rejected for this. I have seen a few leaders who have disbanded within a few days and received leadership again after. All I'm asking is for a second chance as a leader so to be accepted for an interview again in the future would mean a lot to me. I'm so sorry for what I did and I would just like to show my knowledge and possible potential in the interview room. I want to show everyone how well I could of done if I didn't make such a stupid mistake.
